to expand its activities in aluminium processing by acquiring 55% share in the company SPOLEČNÝ PODNIK STROJMETAL s.r.o. Subsidiaries of SPS further include
the companies Strojmetal Aluminium Forging, s.r.o., PP Strojmetal s.r.o., CAN
SUPERCONDUCTORS s.r.o., ICE Industrial Services a.s. and Strojmetal Aluminium
Forging GmbH.
